Shipping and Processing

 

All items are handmade in my home studio

Current Processing Times-

All ready to ship items ship within 5-7 business days after I receive your order. Many times they will ship sooner!

All custom and made to order items have a current processing time of 4-6 weeks.  Many times these will ship sooner!

All of my handmade jewelry is made by me, even down to the earwires. Every detail, all care and attention is used when making my pieces so I appreciate your patience while I create your special item.

Shipping-

I currently offer free shipping on all ready to ship items.  Some made to order items will ship free also.  Customs may incur a shipping cost.

All packages will be shipped using USPS First Class mail with tracking. Orders over $100 will have insurance. 

Priority and Overnight shipping is available at checkout. Choosing these shipping options will not bump up your processing time.  If you have a time sensitive order, please contact me at blueskyblackbird@mail.com

Tracking your order-

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to go live within the usps.com website. Please check spam or trash if you cannot locate your email.

The time it takes to receive your order once shipped is dependent upon shipping service type, location and time of the year.  Many times there are delays for many reasons, weather- holidays- etc.  Please be understanding that once a package has been shipped, I cannot expedite the package. I will however do my best to help with a lost package or questions regarding it. 

International Customers -

International packages will be shipped using several different carriers, usually the most economical and safe.  I primarily use USPS International with insurance when possible.

International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with their package.  If a package is refused at customs due to nonpayment of said fees, you forfeit a refund.
